    What is subscribe and save?

    Subscribe and Save is a convenient service that allows you to receive repeat deliveries of your favourite supplements on a regular basis, ensuring you never run out. It's a hassle-free way to maintain your supplement routine without the need for manual reordering.

    With Subscribe and Save, you can choose the frequency of your deliveries, whether it's monthly, every two months, or any other interval that suits your needs. By subscribing, you also enjoy the added benefit of saving 10% on all subscription orders, making it a cost-effective option.

    Once you set up a subscription, your selected supplements will be automatically shipped to your doorstep according to your chosen schedule. You have full control over your subscription and can easily make changes, such as updating the quantity, delivery address, or even skipping a delivery if needed. Managing your subscription is effortless and can be done through your subscription dashboard.

    Subscribe and Save takes the hassle out of reordering and ensures you never run out of your essential supplements while providing you with cost savings. It's the perfect solution for maintaining your wellness routine effortlessly and conveniently.

     

    How do I make changes to my subscription?

      Making changes to a subscription is easy; it can be done within your subscription dashboard. Please note, changes to an upcoming subscription should be made at least 12 hours before your new order is created. After this time, we won't be able to make any amendments or cancel your order.

      To make changes to your subscription:

      • Click here to access your subscription dashboard
      • ’Enter the email address used to place your original order to receive a one-time code to access your account. Note: this code is valid for 4 minutes 

      Within the subscription dashboard, you will see all your current subscriptions and will be able to make changes to any of your current subscriptions.

      This includes cancelling, editing the quantity, frequency, delivery address, delaying the next order, and updating billing information.

       

      How do I cancel my subscription?

        Cancelling a subscription is easy; it can be done within your subscription dashboard. Please note, cancellations to an upcoming subscription should be made at least 12 hours before your new order is created. After this time, we won't be able to make any amendments or cancel your order.

        To cancel a subscription:

        • Click here to access your subscription dashboard
        • ’Enter the email address used to place your original order to receive a one-time code to access your account. Note: this code is valid for 4 minutes
        • Click ‘Manage Subscription’ for the subscription you’d like to cancel
        • Select ‘Cancel subscription’ at the bottom of the page

          Can I add more products to my subscription?

              Yes you can. Amending a subscription is easy; it can be done within your subscription dashboard. Please note, changes to an upcoming subscription should be made at least 12 hours before your new order is created. After this time, we won't be able to make any amendments to your order.

              To make amendments to your subscription:

              • Click here to access your subscription dashboard
              • ’Enter the email address used to place your original order to receive a one-time code to access your account. Note: this code is valid for 4 minutes
              • Click ‘Manage Subscription’
              • Select the product(s) you’d like to add
              • If you’d like to change the quantity of any existing subscription products, select the product on the page and adjust the quantity
